Meet Kylee!

I love transforming hair and turning ideas of your perfect hair into realities behind the chair! I am passionate about transforming hair through cutting and styling, including Men’s cuts and special occasion styles. I also have a passion for perms, makeup, and vivid colors. Cutting hair to tailor to face shape and personality, creating a unique cut and style for each individual is one of my favorite things. I take inspiration from new techniques and innovations along with tried and true styles and apply them to create a unique style. 

I graduated from AVEDA Arts & Science institute in 2025. In school I achieved many great things like being chosen to assist with AVEDA Congress 2025. While in school I was working at Tafoya Salon as a receptionist starting back in March 2025. I became a stylist to make everyone feel beautiful and confident, the way I felt growing up getting my hair done at Tafoya! 

I find joy in creating a welcoming environment and making everyone’s day. From a warm greeting to a perfect cut! With me you can be yourself no matter who you are! 

If I wasn’t a stylist I would be a nail tech or a musician. I play a multitude of instruments including French Horn, Trumpet,  Piano and Guitar. I am currently obsessed with pink hair and nails! 

Outside of the salon you’ll find me spending time with family and my cats, playing video games, playing music or doing my nails.
