Hair Service Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. For large service appointments, a $75 credit card deposit is required at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be used toward your services on your appointment day. In the event of a LATE CANCELLATION or NO SHOW, the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
Lash and Facial Service Cancellation Policy
At the time of your booking for lash and facial esthetician services, we require a $50 deposit to hold your appointment. Our esthetician’s time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fee will be incurred:
- 48 hours or more in advance—no fee
- Less than 48 hours in advance- loss of deposit.
Additional Haircut charges
If additional texture styling or detangling is required, an additional charge will be applied. Please let us know when you schedule your appointment if this is needed so we can designate the appropriate time.
2024 Price Increase
Existing and new appointments from January 2024 forward, will reflect the new pricing on our color services. This increase is necessary to cover the increased costs of products and other business expenses, including the Minnesota Sick Pay Mandate for small business, and to continue investing in our employees and equipment. We are confident that this price increase will enable Tafoya Salon to maintain the high standards you’ve come to expect and provide an even greater value going forward. We appreciate your understanding and support.
